Md. officers respond to gunshots

FREDERICK, Md. (WUSA9) -- The Frederick Police Department responded to the 600 block of N. Bentz St. Saturday night for a report of gunshots.

Authorities said they responded to the incident at 11:58 p.m. Witnesses said a group of men had been firing a weapon into the air. The men ran away from the scene right after they had fired shots, police said.

Deputies were able to find evidence at the scene, however they have no other information regarding this incident.
