Md. man gets 20 years for burglary and theft

FREDERICK, Md. (WUSA9) -- A Maryland man faces 3 years in jail for second degree burglary and theft.

Tracy Delong Fletcher, of Greenbelt, Md., pleaded guilty Wednesday, was sentenced to 20 years in jail, with all but 3 years suspended followed by 3 years of supervised probation.

Fletcher was observed by an officer in February 2013 robbing a Rentals Unlimited store in Frederick County. The 37-year-old and a partner fled the scene, struck a police vehicle, and while being pursued exceeded speeds of 100 miles per hour.
