Md. bus driver charged for DUI while operating school bus

CENTREVILLE, MD (WUSA9) - A bus driver was charged with Driving Under the Influence while operating a school bus on Tuesday in Queen Anne's County. 

Dale Clark, Jr., 54, of Chester, Md. was the only person on the bus at the time of the traffic stop. Police say he has been charged with DUI and other related traffic charges. 

Around 2 p.m., two motorists witness erratic driving by Clark who was driving a school bus on Route 50 in Queen Anne's County. 

Police conducted a traffic stop near Warrington Farm Lane where police say Clark failed the standardized field sobriety test on scene. 

Police believe Clark was driving for Queen Anne’s County Public Schools.
