The suspect was identified and it was determined that he was a private investigator and not a police officer. A photo lineup was developed and on Feb. 22, and the victim positively identified the suspect.
An application was submitted to the District Court Commissioner's Office and a warrant was issued for impersonating a police officer. The suspect was contacted and surrendered himself at the Northern District Station.
