Death of man in Md. car crash ruled a homicide

One man is dead in Prince George's County, in what police are now calling a homicide.

FORT WASHINGTON, Md. (WUSA9) -- Police are investigating a car crash as a homicide after the body of a man was found with trauma, officials said. 

Around 9:45 p.m. Sunday, Prince George's County police responded to the 2700 block of Tucker Road after reports of a single-car crash. However when officers arrived on scene they found a man with trauma to his upper body.

The man was pronounced dead on the scene. 

Police do not believe it was a random attack and haven't released any information on a possible suspect. 

The identity of the victim is unknown. 

Police continue to investigate.
