Cabbie robbed in Frederick, 1 charged

FREDERICK, Md. (WUSA9) -- City of Frederick police made an arrest in the robbery of a taxicab driver.

Officials say 25-year-old Ronald Kent Hall, of Frederick, Md., robbed the cab driver on Jan. 25 with a second suspect.

Hall faces charges of armed robbery, robbery, first degree assault, second degree assault, reckless endangerment, and theft less than $1,000. Investigators continue to search for the second suspect.

Hall and the second suspect had solicited the driver for a ride to Rhode Island Court. Once there, the two suspects robbed the driver before fleeing the scene.
