2 wanted in Md. Shell gas station burglary

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (WUSA9) -- Annapolis Police Department responded to a Shell gas station in Annapolis for the report of a burglary that happened on August 27.

Police responded to the gas station located at 2056 West St. in Annapolis around 11:23 p.m. According to authorities, one suspect distracted the gas station clerk, while the other suspect broke into a locked office in the employee's only area.

An undisclosed amount of money was stolen from the gas station. The suspects then fled from the store immediately.

Police are describing one suspect as a thin black man, in his late teens to mid twenties. He was wearing a red Washington Nationals baseball hat with a blue brim at the time of the incident. He had a white t-shirt with a white tank top shirt underneath on. He was wearing blue jeans, and white tennis shoes, authorities said.

The other suspect is being described as a black man in his late teens to mid twenties with an average, medium build. According to police, he was wearing a frayed, green baseball hat, with a white patch on the front, and a white t-shirt with a white tank top shirt underneath. He had blue jeans, and gray/white New Balance tennis shoes on.

The suspects' vehicle is being described as a black 2013 Volkswagen Jetta with MD registraion 1BB0090.
