2 men in serious condition after being shot in Annapolis

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (WUSA9) -- Authorities said officers responded a double shooting around 5 p.m. in Annapolis, Md.

According to authorities, the shooting happened in the 1300 block of Tyler Ave in Annapolis. Police found two men suffering from gunshot wounds. The men have been identified as 25-year-old Reginald Butler and 24-year-old, Reno Green, both of Annapolis.

Police said the two men were in a car when they started arguing in a parking lot located in the 1300 block of Tyler Avenue. Somebody shot at the vehicle and hit both of the men, authorities said.

The vehicle then crashed into a tree, according to police. Green was shot in his arm and got hurt when the car hit the tree.

Butler was shot several times, authorities said. Both victims were taken to the hospital and are in serious, but stable condition.
