CLINTON, MD (WUSA9) - Two men, who allegedly shot and killed a 7-Eleven clerk before robbing a hotel, have been arrested, Prince George’s County police said.
On August 20, police responded to the convenience store in the 9700 block of Brandywine Road. When officers arrived, they found 31-year-old Taiwo Oduwole suffering from gunshot wounds. He later died at the hospital.

Roughly 10 minutes after shooting Oduwole, police said they two suspects robbed a nearby hotel.
Thursday, police arrested 20-year-old Deandre Davis and 20-year-old Duran Carrington. According to police, Carrington admitted to shooting Oduwole and Davis was the getaway driver.

Both are charged with first degree murder, armed robbery and related charges. They are also charged with the armed robbery of a hotel in Clinton shortly after the fatal shooting of Oduwole.
