2 dead in separate triple shootings in Baltimore

BALTIMORE (AP) - Two people were killed and seven others injured in three separate triple shootings overnight in Baltimore.

Officers were called to the 2300 block of Wilkens Avenue at about 10 p.m. Sunday for a report of a shooting. When they arrived they found a 29-year-old man shot. He died at a local hospital. A 62-year-old woman and a 29-year-old man were also injured.

At 1 a.m. Monday police responded to the 2600 block of Monument street, where officers found a 23-year-old woman, a 22-year-old woman and a 36-year-old man suffering from gunshot wounds. The man died at a hospital.

At 2 a.m., three people were shot on Maura Street. Two were taken to the hospital with bullet wounds to the neck and are in critical condition.
