2 arrested for taking wheels off car at dealership

GLEN BURNIE, Md. (WUSA9) -- Two men face theft and other charges after they were allegedly seen taking wheels from a car at a Glen Burnie dealership.

Anne Arundel County police say the incident happened on Saturday at approximately 12:19 a.m. at the JBA Chevrolet located in the 7300 block of Ritchie Highway.

Officers were called there for a report of tampering with automobile. Once officers arrived, one of them saw two males on the lot taking wheels and tires from a car, say police. According to police, the men brought along a floor jack and blocks. They were immediately arrested.

According to police, one wheel was completely removed from a vehicle, but it was not damaged.

Twenty-two-year-olds Dennis Fonger and Bronson Neiswender were charged with theft, trespassing, rogue and vagabond, and burglary tools.
