16-year-old uses stun gun in robbery

FREDERICK, Md. (WUSA9) -- Police say a juvenile used a stun gun on a female victim during a robbery Tuesday.

Frederick County police responded to the 1000 block of Heather Ridge Drive around 8 p.m. for the report of a robbery. The female victim said she had been walking to see a friend when she was approached by a black male who demanded money and displayed an unknown object in his hand, according to police.

The suspect robbed the victim, and while she was leaving the area the suspect assaulted her with a stun gun.

The suspect, of Walkersville, Md., is charged with robbery, armed robbery, second degree assault, and theft under $100.
