Second man arrested in connection with teen's overdose

MANASSAS, VA (WUSA9) - A 19-year-old Manassas man was arrested and charged in connected to the drug-related death of a Virginia teenager, Fairfax County Police said.

Police arrested Armando Urrego on Tuesday in Manassas in connection to the death of 17-year-old Alexia Springer.
After authorities arrested and questioned 18-year-old David Evers of Centreville, they determined that the case was linked to another man who allegedly supplied narcotics.

Urrego was charged with manufacturing, selling, giving, distributing or possessing with the intent to manufacture, sell, give or distribute a controlled substance or an imitation controlled substance.
