Man arrested after police respond to burglary at gun store

FREDERICK, MD. (WUSA9) - A man was arrested early Monday morning after police responded to a commercial burglary at a gun store in Frederick, Maryland. 

Around 3:10 a.m. on Saturday, police responded to The Gun Center located 1713 Rosemont Avenue for an alarm. 

When they arrived, they saw that the front window of the store had been broken out. Police said 24-year-old Dylan Richard Fox of Germantown attempted to enter the store and then fled the scene before officer arrived. 

According to officials, Fox did not take anything from the store. 

Around 12:15 a.m., police saw Fox in the 1600 block of Rosemont Avenue. He was arrested and transported to the Central Booking.
