Main Street reopens in Ellicott City after historic flooding

Just over two months after historic flooding, Ellicott's City Main Street is set to reopen.

ELLICOTT CITY, Md. (WUSA9) -- Main Street in Ellicott City is reopening Thursday evening two months after the historic flooding.

The street is set to reopen to the public at 5 p.m. on Thursday. 

The floods that happened at the end of July left two people dead and severe damages in the area. 

Main Street will reopen to cars and pedestrians.
