Son accused of killing parents inside Laurel home, police said

Their bodies were found in there Laurel home.

LAUREL, MD (WUSA9) - A 30-year-old man has been arrested after he allegedly killed his parents inside of a Laurel residence Thursday evening, Howard County Police said.

Around 6:30 p.m. Thursday, police responded to the 9500 block of Queens Guard Court to do a welfare check on 66-year-old Glen White and 61-year-old Linda White. Police said the two had not shown up to a meeting the previous day.

When officers arrived, they found Glen White dead in a bedroom with what appeared to be a stab wound. They also found Linda White dead in the basement with what appeared to be blunt force trauma.

Howard County police have charged the adult son of a Laurel couple with killing his parents inside their home.

During their investigation, police identified the couple’s son, 30-year-old Craig Dennis White, as the suspect.

He was arrested and charged with first- and second-degree murder and assault.

Police said all three lived together.
