Hypothermia alert expected tonight for DC

WASHINGTON (WUSA9) - DC's Department of Human Services will activate a hypothermia alert tonight at 7:00 pm, after the National Weather Service said temperatures will fall to around 34°F. 

DHS issues a hypothermia alert when the temperature or wind chill is 32°F or below.
