20-year-old Md. man charged with first degree burglary

GAITHERSBURG, Md. -- A 20-year-old man was charged with first degree burglary for a incident that happened at a Gaithersburg residence in January.

Police said a residential burglary was reported in the 200 block of Oakton Road on January 28. A man entered the house through the bathroom window in the back and stole property, authorities said.

Deputies arrested Edwin Rigoberto Cortez-Lobos of Gaithersburg, Md. Police believe he was involved in other residential burglaries that happened in the area.

Cortez-Lobos is currently being held at the Montgomery County Detention Center on a $10,000 bond.
