Md. police arrest man for disorderly conduct

FREDERICK, Md. (WUSA9) -- Police arrested a 45-year-old in Frederick, Md. for disorderly conduct on Saturday evening.

Frederick Police said they received a call at 6:14 p.m. regarding an incident in the area of Mullinix Park. When police got to the scene they found Richard Roland Harris Jr., the source of the complainant.

Police arrested Harris Jr. and he was taken to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center. He is being charged with disorderly conduct, police said.
