Eighteen year olds Alex Murk and Calvin Li were killed instantly in the North Potomac crash that injured the driver and a front seat passenger.

In the hours leading up to the June 2015 crash, the teens attended an underage drinking party at the home of Kenny Saltzman.

Saltzman pleaded guilty to two criminal citations for allowing minors to drink in his North Potomac and paid a five thousand dollar fine.

Sam Ellis, the teen driver in that double fatality, was sentenced earlier this year to four years in prison. He could be eligible for parole next spring.
