Volunteers clean Vietnam Wall for Veterans Day

WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- A couple dozens of volunteers cleaned the Vietnam Wall Saturday morning in preparation for Veterans Day.

The volunteers said they wanted to give back and do their citizen duty in honor of those who served.

WUSA9's Surae Chinn reports that the group was fast and efficient. The wall is usually cleaned by the volunteers twice a year: Once before Memorial Day and once before Veterans Day.
