Police: Man wanted for stabbing woman on DC bike trail

WASHINGTON (WUSA9) - FBI and Metropolitan Police are asking for help in looking for a man who fatally stabbed a woman on a bike trail in Southeast D.C. 

Elliot Avery Starks, 34, has been charged for the homicide of Antina Pratt, 40, of Southeast DC. Pratt’s body was found stabbed multiple times on November 8, 2016 at around 3 p.m. on the Suitland Parkway-Buena Vista bike trail in Southeast, D.C.

Starks is a black male, 165 lbs, 5’11” with brown eyes, a medium complexion and black hair that is balding at the top. He was charged with premeditated first-degree murder while armed on January 6. He is armed and dangerous.
