Police investigate murder in NE DC

WASHINGTON (WUSA9) - DC Police are investigating a homicide on the 1400 block of Harvard Street Wednesday night. 
The incident happened around 9:41 p.m. Police arrived at the scene after hearing gunshots. 
They discovered an unconscious man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. 
When DC Fire and EMS arrived, the man pronounced the man dead at the scene. They transported his body to the Chief Medical Examiners office. 
The victim's identity will not be released until his family is notified. 
There is no further information at this time. 
The Metropolitan Police Department currently offers a reward of up to $25,000 to anyone that provides information which leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for any homicide committed in the District of Columbia.  Anyone with information about this case is asked to call the police at 202-727-9099.  Additionally, anonymous information may be submitted to the department’s TEXT TIP LINE by sending a text message to 50411.
