MPD arrests 10 in NW crack cocaine bust

WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- The Metropolitan Police Department arrested 10 people in connection with a drug bust in the Sursum Corda neighborhood in Northwest, D.C.

Authorities said the Metropolitan Police Department conducted an investigation that started in January 2014 and ended in March. The investigation led to the arrests of 10 people pursuant to DC Superior Court warrants on charges of distribution of crack cocaine.

The suspects were arrested between March 22 and March 25, police said.

The following people were arrested:

Marc Anthony Bolden, 24, NW, D.C.

Kene Yvan Braxton, 19, NE, D.C.

Earl Robert Cephus, 41, NW, D.C.

Saidu Davies, 25, unknown address

Alan Tracy Maybin, 30, NW, D.C.

Lorenzo Preston Prailow, 36, unknown address

Terry Donnell Thomas, 36, unknown address

Nhyre Andre Toliver, 21, unknown address

Anthony Dwayne White, 21, unknown address

Marquette Dion Whitley,38, NW, D.C.
