WASHINGTON (WUSA9) - D.C. police are investigating the fatal shooting of a 23-year-old that happened in the 2300 block of 11th Street, Northwest on September 12.
Around 12:26 a.m., police said Eric Garrett was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds and was rushed to an area hospital.
Garrett died from his injuries six days later on Sunday, police said.
The Police Department is offering a reward of up to $25,000 to anyone that provides information which leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the homicide. Additionally, anonymous information may be submitted to the department’s TEXT TIP LINE by text messaging 50411.
