WASHINGTON (WUSA9) - It could take years for those in and around Texas to recover from the devastation of Hurricane Harvey.
On Saturday, dozens of District restaurants are giving a portion to 100 percent of their proceeds to victims and small businesses in Texas.
One restaurant is Ari's Diner in Northeast D.C. Every scrape, every pour; every movement is a humbling experience today for Chef Miguel Rosario.
"The money will help, but the suffering will continue. It's our job to say we're here with you, you're not suffering alone," said Rosario.
