DC police seek 3 armed robbery suspects

WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in locating three persons of interest in connection with an armed burglary.

The incident occurred Friday, April 4 at approximately 4:50 p.m. in the 3300 block of 7th Street, NE, three armed suspects entered the location, zip-tied the hands of eight adult victims and stole multiple items before fleeing, police say.

The three suspects are described below, including photos of suspect one and two:

Suspect One: Black male, approximately 6 feet tall, dark complexion, dark sweatshirt, thin build, in his 20s, armed with a long gun (possibly an assault rifle).

Suspect Two: Black male, approximately 6 feet tall, light complexion, thin build, with braids or deadlocks, in his 20s, armed with a semi-automatic handgun.

Suspect Three: Black male, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall, light complexion, medium build, with short hair and a mustache, approximately 30 years old, armed with a semi-automatic handgun.
