Custody hearing for Relisha Rudd's brothers

WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- A custody hearing for Relisha Rudd's brothers is scheduled for 2 p.m. Wednesday.

Tuesday night, a rally was held outside the D.C. General Family Shelter where Relisha's family was living before she disappeared.

Residents are calling for tighter security and better living conditions at the shelter.

Eight-year-old Relisha Rudd disappeared from the shelter three months ago. Police believe the little girl was taken by janitor Kahlil Tatum, who later committed suicide.
