WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- Here are five things you need to know on Monday, March 31:

5. Monday is the last day for the uninsured to enroll in a health plan without paying an IRS penalty under the federal health care overhaul. Sunday evening, Health and Human Services announced 2 million visits over the weekend to HealthCare.gov, the federal government's enrollment site.

4. Officers will continue their ground search at a Northeast, D.C. park on Monday in connection with the disappearance of an 8-year-old girl who was last seen on March 1. Officers from multiple jurisdictions and agencies have been searching in Kenilworth Park for missing 8-year-old Relisha Rudd.

3. Ruthanne Lodato will be honored by the Alexandria Commission for Women for her accomplishments in civic life and the improvements she brought to the lives of women and girls living in Alexandria. Lodato was shot and killed in her Alexandria home. Police want to talk to Charles Severance in connection with her murder.

2. Sunshine will return along with milder temperatures. High temperatures will be between 62 and 67. Winds will continue to gust 30 - 40 mph through the day. Tuesday will be an even nicer day with partly sunny and mild conditions and a lot less wind.
