DC courthouse closed due to fire

WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- D.C. Superior Court, or The Moultrie Courthouse, is closed on Tuesday due to a fire and water damage, according to DC court officials. All criminal and juvenile cases scheduled for Tuesday are continued.

Officials say that Juvenile Probation, Crime Victims Compensation Program and Mediation offices will be open because they are in other buildings.
