Police search for a man who broke into College Park apartment

COLLEGE PARK, MD (WUSA9) - Prince George's County police are looking for a man who broke into a College Park apartment.

Police said a University of Maryland student was awakened by an unannounced guest at her off-campus residence at around 3:05 a.m. on October 21.

The incident was reported to University of Maryland police at around 9:22 a.m. The student said she saw a male in her bedroom.

Nothing was taken from the residence.

Prince George’s County Police Department is undergoing an investigation on this case. There is no suspect at this time. Individuals with any information that is connected to this incident are being asked to contact police (911 or (301) 352-1200.
