Boston police investigate 2 unattended backpacks; Full story at 11

WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- Police have taken a man into custody after two unattended backpacks were found at the Boston Marathon finish line.

A Police spokesman says the backpacks were discovered Tuesday evening, a year after two bombs in backpacks exploded at the end of the marathon and killed three people.
