WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- A Bethesda man is now on the FBI's Top Ten Most Wanted list.

William Bradford Bishop bludgeoned his wife, kids and mother to death 38 years ago. So, why is the FBI waiting until now to put him on the top of their list? We have that story tonight at 11.
