Apple unveils brand new iPhone 7

The new phone doesn't have a headphone jack and is waterproof.

WASHINGTON (WUSA9) - Apple unveiled its much-anticipated iPhone 7 Wednesday.

The new model looks similar to the iPhone 6, but includes some new features.

The phone is now water and dust resistant.

There is also no longer a head-phone jack. Apple is selling wireless headphones for $159. Or, with each new iPhone 7 purchase, Apple will include headphones that plug into the lightening port, free of charge.

Apple says this move is to make the phone sleeker and more durable. Apple says this is also the first step to a wireless future.

The new model comes in five colors: black, jet black, silver, gold, and rose gold.

Apple says the camera on the new iPhone has received a major revamp.

Apple will start taking orders for the new phone on Friday.

The iPhone will ship a week later on on September 16.

Apple has also announced new upgrades to its watch today.

You can now play Pokemon Go on your device.

Apple has also teamed up with Nike for a brand new fitness program, all accessible from your wrist.
