As uncertainty looms over what North Korea will do next with its military arsenal, many people in Southeast Asia and the United States are busy analyzing Dictator Kim Jong-un's decisions.

WUSA9 talked to Bill Brown about North Korea's recent actions. Brown is an adjunct professor at Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service. He also grew up in South Korea during the 1950s and 1960s as his parents did missionary work in the region.

During a 20-minute interview, Brown touched on multiple topics, including why the latest threat from North Korea seems different from those of years' past and what Kim Jong-un's next steps may be.
