A total of 5 arrested in Quick case

GOOCHLAND COUNTY, Va. (WUSA9) -- Virginia State Police reports that a total of five people are being charged in the death of the missing Va. officer who disappeared Friday night.

Following reports that Anthony Stokes, Jr., Halisi Uhuru, and Leslie Castelow were charged with capital murder, the Virginia State Police issued a clarification. State police say that "three Northern Virginia residents became persons of interest in relation to the case. Those three were taken into custody late Thursday night and are being held at Henrico County Jail each on a charge of principle in 2nd degree to the crime of murder. This means these individuals are not being charged with Quick's homicide but in association with his death."

In addition, two Albemarle County siblings, Mersadies Shelton, 20 and Daniel Mathis, 18 are being charged with possession of stolen property/grand larceny for theft of Quick's silver 1999 Toyota 4Runner, police said.

The siblings are still being held at the Central Virginia Regional Jail on no bond.

Investigators are still asking for the public's help with information about Quick or any of those arrested in this case to call the Virginia State Police at #77 on a cell phone or at (434) 352-7128, or any one of the assisting agencies.
