3. Former Washington private school teacher Eric Toth who was captured in Nicaragua after a year on the FBI's "Ten Most Wanted" fugitives list is scheduled to be sentenced in a child pornography case.

2. An FBI agent on trial for the murder of his wife is expected to take the stand in Virginia on Tuesday. Arthur "Art" Gonzales is charged with Friday with second degree murder and use of a firearm for the April 2013 shooting death of his wife.
