10 men arrested for solicitation of prostitution

JESSUP, MD (WUSA9) - Ten men were arrested for solicitation of prostitution at a hotel in Jessup, Md., according to Howard County police. 

The hotel is located in the 8100 block of Washington Boulevard. To make the arrests, police set up a fake ad on a website called Backpage. 

When men called, they spoke to an undercover female officer, who provided a meeting location upon the caller's request. 

Police say the men were arrested when they arrived and were charged with solicitation of prostitution and disorderly conduct. 

The following men were arrested:

  • Garland D. Hodges, 51, Nottingham
  • Leon M. Mil, 38, Columbia
  • Douglas Dixon, 30, Prince Frederick
  • Juan P. Rodriguez, 30, Beltsville
  • Jacob L. Cramer, 34, Huntingtown
  • Cesar A. Angel-Sermeno, 32, Columbia
  • Cuong T. Le, 22, Jessup
  • Osman P. Akcam, 53, Perry Hall
  • John C. Organ, 27, Silver Spring
  • Drew T. Kramer, 25, Baltimore
