WASHINGTON, DC (WUSA9) -- In today's Restaurant Alert, two closings inside the Ronald Reagan Building and another in Laurel, Maryland.
Inspectors temporarily closed Kabuki Sushi, 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW; Saxby's Coffee, 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW; and, Red Sky Steak and Fish House, 14707 Baltimore Avenue, Laurel, Maryland.
All passed re-inspection and are back in business.

It documents 5 violations including "...fruit flies observed throughout the facility."
In a statement, Saxby's management said, "We conducted a mandatory cleaning and the issue was resolved."
WUSA9 tracked down paperwork on a closure in Prince George's County which hasn't gone digital yet. Inspectors closed Red Sky Steak and Fish House on Baltimore Avenue in Laurel citing "...roaches crawling on the wall and clean plates."
