Fairfax Will Vaccinate Children 6 mos - 18 yrs. and All Pregnant Women

FAIRFAX, VA (WUSA) --  Fairfax County Health officials say that starting  at noon today, the H1N1 flu clinic will be expanded to offer vaccinations to all children, ages 6 months to 18 years, and pregnant women based on the amount of vaccine available and lower than expected turnout.

The clinic will operate until 5 p.m. at the Fairfax County Government Center, 12000 Fairfax County Parkway, Fairfax.

Originally, the vaccine only was available to children ages 4 through 9, and children ages 10 through 18 with certain medical conditions.
