The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) has created a guide to help find quick resources when it comes to monitoring their mental health.

The site also offers the warning signs of financial stress that could lead to depression along with coping skills, such as making sure you spend time with friends and positive individuals that will help lift your spirits.
