CDC tracking people who may have been exposed to MERS

(WUSA9) -- The Centers for Disease Control is trying to track down people who may have been exposed to MERS at two Florida hospitals.

MERS stands for Middle Eastern Respiratory Syndrome, and signs warning about it are going up at U.S. airports.

Two cases have been confirmed in the U.S., however, in the last few minutes we've learned a couple of hospital workers who feared they had contracted it have tested negative.

Despite 145 deaths worldwide, The World Health Organization says there is no global health emergency.
