WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- Longtime D.C. Councilman Jim Graham is about to become only the second legislator in the District to be reprimanded by his colleagues for conduct in office.
Graham told WUSA9 news a short time ago that he will no longer fight the reprimand which was sparked by the D.C. Board of Ethics finding that Graham, while a member of the Metro board offered to trade his vote on the city's $38 million lottery contract in exchange for a company dropping its bid to develop a property owned by Metro.
WUSA9 reporter Bruce Johnson has the story.
