Free Handicapped Parking In Washington, D.C., May End Soon, Bringing City $1.5M Per Year

WASHINGTON, D.C. (WUSA) - Free parking in the District for the area's thousands of handicapped drivers may be about to end.

The city wants to start charging for the spaces, which would bring in an estimated $1.5 million a year.
