Van Overturns On I-395 North As Sandy Comes Into Area

WASHINGTON (WUSA) -- Northbound lanes are closed after a van overturned on Interstate 395 north of Route 110 before 14th St. Bridge on Monday morning. 

The accident happened at approximately 7:50 a.m. The ramp from 110 to Interstate 395 northbound is still blocked.

No word on injuries yet.
