WASHINGTON (WUSA) -- A D.C. police spokesperson says that a man was shot in the jaw during a robbery in Northeast on Thursday morning. 

Two males reportedly approached the victim as he was walking in the 1300 block of G St NE. The victim was shot and his iPhone was stolen.

The victim's injuries are non life-threatening.

Police have issued a look out for two black males, 5'8 - 5'9" tall, of average build. They were wearing dark t-shirts and had long cornrows.
