BETHESDA, Md, (WUSA) -- The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission is recalling 50,000 Dream On Me baby bath seats.
The seats do not meet federal safety standards because they can tip over and cause a child to drown.
The CPSC has received five reports involving them, and a 12 month old baby girl nearly drowned after tipping over in one.
