Since 1972 Dave Statter has covered the news. A good deal of Dave's reporting has focused on how fire and emergency medical services are delivered in and around Washington and Baltimore. Along the way, Dave was also a volunteer firefighter, an emergency dispatcher and a cardiac rescue technician.

Perhaps Mr. Etter should stick to getting the info out, instead of disappearing. And let the news photographers do the video taping.

Are you kidding? If Etter had been allowed to do his job, we wouldn't have had to wait for Rube, his silly helmet, and Fenty to talk to us. PIO's need to document scenes as much as they need to talk about them in front of the camera.
