Back Pain Sufferers Is Acupuncture the Answer?
I'm leaving the office right now and going to my very first acupuncture treatment. I've suffered from horrible back pain (upper and lower) for years... and figured after all the pills, xrays, deep tissue massages... maybe this will finally work. Everyone says it doesn't hurt...but I'm still a little freaked out about all those needles. I was doing some research and saw one lady talk about how ergonomically tweaking your workstation could be the remedy. Hmmm..... that might be my next experiment.
By the way blogger is having upload probs so that's why I haven't been posting pix or new entries lately.

Have you ever tried a chiropractor? I ruptured my L3-4 discs long ago (severe lower back pain) and have tried most all types of treatment (except surgical). Chiropractic adjustments, in my opnion, is the only thing that has made a difference. Good luck! Back pain is NEVER fun.

Sorry to hear about your back pain! I haven't ever tried acupuncture, but I've heard that the results completely depend on the person. Some people respond to it much better than others.

Keep us posted, Angie. I'm having a lot of upper back pain myself, and I've been to PT and chiropractic both.
