We still need more rain.

I know it rained like we were living in the tropics on Sunday and Monday, but the 1"-4" across the area still aren't enough. We have managed to climb back even for the year with our rainfall, but we are still down about 6" from 2007's drought and the groundwater levels are still below average.

The top soil looks good and farmers and gardeners are pretty happy at this point. My lawn looks phenomenal, for the moment. While we will dry out for a few days, we've got a decent chance for showers coming up again on Saturday and next Monday.
